I can't say I know much about sewing patterns, but I do know that that complete ones over a hundred years old like this are pretty scarce. There is no date on the pattern but I have done a little checking, and although I could not find this exact pattern, it appears to be between 1903 - 1905. My wife (the seamstress) checked this one out and assures me all pattern pieces are present and in good condition. Comes in paper package as shown with illustration of the garment on front and instructions on the back.
