Mynotera is an internet auction service. It is a platform for buyers and sellers to come together and to complete transactions. Obviously there are risks involved when people come together to transact business, and in registering with Mynotera you understand that these risks are your own and not the responsibility of Mynotera. Be sure you read and understand all the terms and conditions below before registering with Mynotera. Upon registering with Mynotera, you agree to accepting emails from Mynotera which may concern use of and information about the site. If you register with Mynotera, you are accepting all the terms and conditions listed, and any terms and conditions we at Mynotera may add or change. Mynotera can add to or alter these terms and conditions at any time at its discretion.

We reserve the right to terminate without giving notice any content posted by any member on Mynotera for any reason we feel is against our policies. If you post something we suspect is illegal, or if you fail to pay for your transactions, or if you fail to pay your fees to Mynotera, your account can be terminated. We may suspend your account while we analyze any possible altercations and if it is determined there have been any violations of policies, we will terminate your account. Members of Mynotera are solely responsible for their own auctions, and in the listing of items at auction, are ensuring no laws are being broken. Mynotera will remove any listings or postings which it deems libelous or include defamatory remarks. Items that are unlawful, offensive and might provoke dissension and create civil liability are not welcome on Mynotera. This includes hazardous items, breaches of privacy, pornography, questionable intellectual property items (like trademarked, copyrighted, and/or registered products) which might or might not be knockoffs, and all other problematic items which cause consternation and stress and are hard to determine whether they are genuine or not. These types of items will be removed if listed. As a registered user, you (not Mynotera) are responsible for any text or photos listed on the Mynotera platform. Those who use the Mynotera site may find offensive articles, text, or photos. Mynotera is not responsible for these occurrences. Registered users can inform us, and, at our discretion, we can act on the problem.

Mynotera has the option to terminate any listed item if the quality of the item is not in keeping with the category in which it is listed, or is of such poor or common quality that it lowers substantially the shopping experience Mynotera is providing for its clientele. This judgment is to be made at the discretion of Mynotera. If you receive excessive negative feedback, at our discretion, we will terminate your account. If Mynotera finds it necessary to remove your listing or terminate your account, we will refund the fees paid of any listings we close.


Mynotera does not permit minors (under 18) to register. Users of the website are responsible for legally registering and conducting all transactions in a legal manner. Mynotera has no liability for any auction listings. Mynotera is not responsible for the quality control of items listed, nor for the ability of bidders to complete purchases. It is the responsibility of members to determine the accuracy of auctions and to complete all transactions in a safe and legal manner. Mynotera is not responsible for item descriptions, whether accurate or not, by any members in their auction listings, nor for damage to any goods, nor for failure to complete transactions, nor for any losses resulting from any of the above.

If you list your items on Mynotera or buy items listed on Mynotera, you then agree that any information exchanged is freely given, and cannot hold Mynotera responsible if this causes any problems. In this sense you are allowing Mynotera to place on their site any information you submit to them. Mynotera requires that if a dispute arises with Mynotera, that it be settled by arbitration, and that the fees paid for this arbitration service, including all attorney fees, be shared equally by both parties. Mynotera requires that any disputes are to be resolved at a location chosen by Mynotera. Mynotera will not be held responsible for any financial loss incurred from the use of its site whether caused by accident or by human error or created by outages, hacking, losses of information, or glitches originating within the auction programming. Mynotera is not to be held responsible for any losses caused by interruption to service. Mynotera is not responsible for lost or forgotten passwords. By agreeing to these terms and conditions stated above, you are accepting all personal risks involved with use of this website and do not hold Mynotera liable for such risks.
