When you are signed into the site, you will see a tab at the top of the page for MEMBERS AREA. Click on this tab to go to your MEMBERS AREA page. On this page, you will find many links along the left side that will help you navigate through your site activity. You will find a MESSAGING area where you can keep track of communication with other members. If you are a seller on the site, you can keep track of all the items you have sold under the SELLING area. Likewise, if you are bidding on items, you can keep track of your bids and purchases under the BIDDING area.
On your WON ITEMS list, you will find a list of the titles of the items you have won at auction. Next to each item you will find a link for DIRECT PAYMENT. If you click on that link, it will take you through the online payment process for the item if the seller has chosen the option. Since we are currently having some technical difficulties on the site that are affecting some payment transactions, if you cannot complete your payment with the DIRECT PAYMENT link, or if the payment amount is not the same total that the invoice has indicated, please use the MESSAGE BOARD next to the item on your list to communicate with the seller. Let them know if you are having any issues with payment and they can send you an off site invoice, or you can send them a payment in the mail if you so choose.
We thank you for your patience while we continue to work on some site issues. Although you may run into a few kinks in your transactions (while many have not run into any), you can complete any transactions through your MEMBERS AREA page by using the above mentioned steps. If for any reason you continue to run into problems, please do not hesitate to use the CONTACT US page to let us know, and we will help you with any matters as soon as possible.
Some members have mentioned issues they have had completing payments. If you are experiencing any difficulties in sending your buyers invoices from the MYNOTERA site directly, or if you are cannot click on a payment portal to pay for an item you have purchased, please let us know using the CONTACT US page. Buyers can try paying by clicking on the WON ITEMS list on their MEMBERS AREA page where they will find DIRECT PAYMENT links next to their items. In cases where you cannot complete online payments directly through the site (in making either a PayPal or Google Checkout payment), please contact the seller directly to ask them for an off site invoice to complete your payment.
