We have received several messages about how to complete a transaction when an auction has ended. Almost everything a buyer or seller needs to complete a transaction can be found in the MEMBERS AREA. When you log onto the site, you can see a navigation tab at the top of the page for the MEMBERS AREA. On your members area page you can find navigation links along the left side for everything from messages received and/or sent, watched items, bids, sold items, won items, etc.. Look in your messages to see if anyone has contacted you. If you were the winning bidder on an item, click on the "won items" link and there you will see a list of all the auctions you have won. From there you can find links for Direct Payment that will take you through the PayPal or other online payment process. If you won more than one item from a seller and would like to combine your purchases, ask the seller to create an invoice combining items with total shipping cost and insurance (if requested) and then the Direct Payment link will be for this total combined cost. If you prefer to contact the seller about anything before making payment, open the message board regarding the item. If you have completed a transaction and would like to leave feedback, you will see a link for leaving comments.

We hope this information helps in completing transactions here on Mynotera
