An assortment of unused U. S. stamps - 3 cent Commemoratives, consisting mostly of singles but also some multiples (pairs, line of three). All have original gum, and only a couple had a hinge or hinge remnant. All stamps are loose and do not come in an album or individual packaging. There are duplicates of course, but this is a discounted lot, worth quite a bit more than the opening bid.
Winning bidder to contact Seller within 24 hours of auction's end to state method of payment. Payments accepted via Pay Pal, Money Order (U.S. only), Check (U.S. only, approximately 3 business days to clear). Shipping and handling is $1.50 by USPS to destinations in the United States. Shipping and handling (and insurance if available) will be higher to foreign destinations. Insurance optional at buyer's expense and the fee for insurance depends on the amount of the winning bid.
