each plate to illustrate the historic thread that links them by the
author.Besides reproductions of their work in this book, there are also very
brief biographies of each, and It concludes with a valuable chapter explaining
"Technical Processes. " An excellent reference volume.

- 12" Peach colored boards with design in blind on front, black cloth spine,
title in gilt on spine. Top edge black. Corner wear and spots of edge wear.
